Growth is the general theme in the Courses at Center for Inner Management. To manage our life by intent, the way we want it to be, we need to become more and more aware and grow consciously. We see some people growing consistently in life, taking their life every way, physically, emotionally, intellectually, spiritually, financially; every way we see them taking their life to a higher level. And we also see some people with the same kind of potential, struggling, not really being able to make their way through the world. Is there something we can learn so that we could create growth in our lives? Is there some methodology, some road map that I can use in order to be able to create growth in my own life? In life we either grow or degenerate with every experience in life. It is not possible to say, I’m happy as I am, I want to be here always. There is no state of stagnation. If you stagnate you would soon begin to degenerate. So there should be constant and conscious growth in our lives. It is something that cannot be taken for granted. We have to make it consciously happen to us in all parts of life.
